Introduction  


Deloitte & Touche LLP has been appointed by the Courts as the Administrator of the Book4Golf Yorkton Securities Class Action Settlement (the "Settlement").

Review the Notice of Settlement (the "Notice") for a court-approved summary of the Settlement.

Class Member Compensation

You are a class member, as defined by this Settlement, if you were a retail client of Yorkton who purchased shares of Book4Golf on the secondary markets for your Yorkton account(s) during the class period of October 14, 1999 to June 26, 2002, and you are not an Excluded Person.

A class member, who does not opt out of the Settlement, will receive an amount up to 16.44% of the class member Net Capital Loss, as calculated by Yorkton, or as registered by the class member and approved by the Administrator.

Registering a Claim for Compensation

According to the terms of the Settlement, Claims should be submitted electronically, prior to the Claims Submission Deadline, using the Online Claim Registration System.

The Online Claim Registration System was activated on February 28, 2006 after Yorkton mailed the Notice of Settlement to the last known address of each Yorkton retail account with Book4Golf transactions during the class period of October 14, 1999 to June 26, 2002.

Important Information

Documentation of the Book4Golf transactions during the class period is required to substantiate each registered Claim. The deadline to register a Claim is July 10, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. EDT.

Any class member who does not wish to participate in the Settlement must Opt Out. A class member who opts out will not be eligible for any of the benefits of the Settlement. The deadline to Opt Out of the Settlement is April 10, 2006. Do not opt out if you wish to share in the benefits of the Settlement.
